My pet was chosen as a winner to be displayed on the front of the activity book. I was excited for that because she is very special with that she is a special needs fur baby. I was disappointed when the shipment was late arriving. The main issue of great disappointment is I feel the owner , me, should be offered a free item since your company is making money off my fur baby. I feel that is very poor business
