Form Submission Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Form Submission Referral Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the referral opportunity offered by Silent Spark Press ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to individuals who submit entries through our online submission form.

By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Program

Participants who submit an entry through our form may be offered the opportunity to promote the same form to others.

Participants may earn $1 USD for each eligible referred entry submitted through their referral link, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms.

Participation in the referral program is optional.

2. Participant Eligibility

To participate in the referral program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

  • You must reside in the United States.

By participating in this program, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Participation by individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

If we determine that a participant does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to remove them from the program and withhold any unpaid referral earnings.

3. Eligible Referrals

To qualify for payment, referred entries must meet the following criteria:

  • Each referral must be submitted through the participant’s referral link.

  • Each referral must include a unique phone number.

  • If the same individual submits multiple entries (for example, multiple pets) using the same phone number, it will count as one eligible referral only.

  • Entries must originate from individuals located in the United States.

  • Entries must represent real individuals submitting genuine information.

The Company reserves the right to determine whether a referral is valid or eligible for payment.

4. Referral Earnings Cap

Referral earnings are capped at 100 eligible referrals per participant, for a maximum payout of $100 USD.

Once a participant reaches 100 eligible referrals, additional referrals will not be eligible for payment unless the Company explicitly grants an exception.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to increase or waive this cap on a case-by-case basis.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Manipulation

Participants may not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or game the referral system.

Examples of prohibited activity include, but are not limited to:

  • Submitting fake entries

  • Using fabricated or temporary phone numbers

  • Creating multiple entries for the same individual

  • Automated submissions or bot-generated entries

  • Coordinated fraudulent activity

  • Any attempt to artificially inflate referral counts

We will not pay for fraudulent, suspicious, or manipulated submissions.

The Company reserves the right to withhold payment, remove participants from the program, invalidate referrals, and ban participants from the program if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or attempts to game the system for any reason, at our sole discretion, even if such activity cannot be definitively proven.

Any unpaid referral earnings may be forfeited if we determine or suspect that program rules have been violated.

6. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Participants may not use spam or abusive marketing practices to generate referrals.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages

  • Posting referral links in spam forums or spam comment sections

  • Using automated messaging tools

  • Misrepresenting the program

  • Violating any applicable laws related to advertising or messaging

Participants are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Payment Terms

Eligible participants will earn $1 USD per qualified referral.

Payments will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Payments are issued once per calendar month

  • Payments are made exclusively via PayPal

  • Participants must provide a valid PayPal account in order to receive payment

If a participant:

  • Does not have a PayPal account, or

  • Does not provide a PayPal email address

we will not be able to send their referral earnings.

The Company is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect PayPal information.

We reserve the right to review referrals prior to payment to verify eligibility.

8. Communication

By participating in the referral program, participants agree that the Company may contact them via text message or other communication methods.

These communications may include:

  • Updates on the number of referrals generated

  • Encouragement to share their referral link

  • Updates related to the calendar or submission program

  • Administrative information about the referral program

Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on the participant's mobile carrier.

9. Program Changes or Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Modify these Terms

  • Change referral eligibility rules

  • Adjust payment terms

  • Limit participation

  • Cancel, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time

The Company may terminate or modify the program with or without prior notice.

10. Determination of Eligibility

All decisions regarding referral eligibility, payment qualification, program participation, and rule enforcement are made at the sole discretion of the Company.

Our determinations regarding:

  • Valid referrals

  • Fraud detection

  • Program compliance

  • Payment eligibility

are final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silent Spark Press and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the referral program.

Participation in the program is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

12. Dispute Resolution

By participating in the referral program, participants agree that:

  • Any disputes must be resolved individually

  • Participants waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class proceeding

Participants further agree that any claims or disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Form Submission Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
