My calendar is super cute and well made! However, I pre-ordered it near the first of the summer and they were supposed to print in August. I received no updates about my purchase, I never received a shipping notice or anything. Come October, I reached out to Praise My Pet via their online form several times and never got a response. At this point, I believed this website to be a scam and accepted that I was just out the money. Then my calendar unexpectedly arrived and I still received no update about it. So yeah, bad service, cute products.
